Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Clinical Application Specialist to join our team and promote blood purification devices in the Telangana territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to healthcare professionals in using our blood purification products, along with supporting and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support in using our blood purification products to healthcare professionals and clients.
  • Educate clients and healthcare professionals on how to use our products effectively and efficiently.
  • Attend key medical conferences and participate in workshops to promote our business and products.
  • Update clients on new product developments or any changes in the existing product line.
  • Monitor product usage by clients and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Trouble-shoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise with the devices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key opinion leaders in the industry.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop sales opportunities for the product line.
  • Work closely with the hospital clinical team to provide feedback on product performance and potential areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports on product usage, client feedback, and any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
  • 0 to 1 years of experience in technical support, clinical application, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
